SUBMISSION GUIDE
In order to get qualified for the Learn & Earn program at South East European University in Macedonia, you must submit a video presentation about yourself and your goals. See step by step instructions below.
Create A Slide Presentation
All candidates applying for the student visa programs must create a slide presentation of up to 10 slides. You can make your slides in PowerPoint or use Google slides. 7 of the 10 slides must have the following information:
Family History
List your family history and personal background and include professional experience.
Student Statement
List reasons for selecting you. Do you have a combination of patience, perseverance, grit, and determination to succeed in our program? Give examples from your past experiences where these traits were in practice.
Unique Learning Experience
Give an example from your past experience where you took an important decision that was solely yours. What did you learn from it?
SFF Launchpad Program
Explain your understanding of the SFF Launchpad program, its components, and core values.
Financial Plan
Present a detailed financial plan for each year that shows how you will fund your education at SEEU in Macedonia.
10 Year Plan
Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Explain your personal and professional goals and how do you plan to achieve them.
Read & Consent
Add links to the five policies that are essential program requirements and must be thoroughly read by every student who wishes to qualify for the programs. Do you agree and consent to these policies? Please provide written consensus in this slide and verbal consensus in the video.

- Grades and Grading Policy, Incompletes and INR
- Nostrification (online registration at Ministry of Education)

Record Your Slide
Once you’ve completed your slide presentation, record yourself presenting the slides as if you would do in-person at an interview. You can use your mobile phone on a tripod to record yourself. Place the camera so the video shows the slides and yourself speaking and pointing to the slides. Make sure there is enough light surrounding you so that we can view the slide presentation and you in the video. The sound must also be clear.
Share Your Video
Now that you’ve completed your slide presentation and recorded yourself presenting your slides, perform the following steps to share your video:
Upload your video on Youtube and make it private.
Create a gmail account using the name that is on your passport with the following format:
first name.lastname.seeu2024
@gmail.com
For example:
John.smith.seeu2024
@gmail.com
or
John.smith2.seeu2024
@gmail.com
Send us an email via the Gmail account you created
In the email, provide the link to the video you uploaded on Youtube.
Attach the slide presentation to the email.
