Representation
We represent you in the U.S. before getting visa approval and for a period after your arrival, depending on the package option you choose. That means mainly coordinating everything you need to be done inside the U.S., including protecting and safeguarding your interests and maintaining your confidentiality.
Professional Advice & Consultation
We provide introductions to credible, reliable, and trustworthy contacts, professional service providers, and resources in the U.S. who will treat you with the respect you deserve. Our providers specialize in assisting immigrants who may speak with a foreign accent, have difficulties communicating in English, or are not familiar with the culture and business environment. Therefore, procedures, customer service, and paperwork are designed to ensure a pleasant experience. Such service providers will include Immigration Attorney, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Tax Attorney, Small Business Attorney, Certified Financial Advisor, Business Consultants, Bank Officers.
Business Documentation
Financial evaluation, including financial analysis of the Business, Commercial/Investment Real Estate or Franchise.
Written summary report which includes a Business Valuation.
Comprehensive Business Plan for the Business or Property Investment you are buying to identify opportunities and make recommendations on improvement, growth, and expansion of the business for greater profitability.
Facilitate setup of the business or franchise as a U.S. Corporation or Limited Liability Company (LLC). This includes the articles of Organization and the Company Operating Agreement. Our service also includes getting the Tax ID Number from the IRS (Internal Revenue Service). State application fees are billed separately.
Turnkey Concierge Service
We provide turnkey concierge services for up to 6, 9, or 12 months, depending on your chosen package, or until you finally arrive and the visa is approved at the local U.S. International airport, whichever comes first. We provide guidance, mentorship, feedback, and inspiration to help you stay the course through our 30-minute weekly meeting on Zoom, in addition to emails and text as needed. We manage any documentation, scan, email, and coordinate any communication with all relevant parties and professional service providers on your behalf (where we are authorized in writing by you) as it pertains to the business, franchise, investment real estate, or home you must purchase.
Professsional Assistance
We assist you in locating a qualified, established Business, Real Estate Investment, or Franchise. We will explain all the steps from contract to closing, including managing the buyer/seller agreement documents. We will organize and coordinate with the Business Attorney to hold purchase money funds in escrow and set the schedule to close the transaction between you, the overseas buyer, and the U.S. seller. We will refer you to a residential home specialist to represent you in acquiring a home to rent or buy. The Real Estate Agent will research properties based on your criteria, send you information and pictures of properties of interest, arrange viewings once you come to the U.S., present written offers on homes of interest, negotiate prices, coordinate home inspection, and home appraisal, make offers, write contracts and arrange closing for you.
Traveling To U.S.A
When you are ready to make an initial U.S. visit to meet active Seller(s) whose business, investment property, franchise, or home you plan to buy or rent, we coordinate your travel inside the U.S., including ground transportation, restaurant, and hotel reservations. Payment of these expenses depends upon the package you select. We provide you with transitional guidance designed to make your life easier and more streamlined, including phone questions and answers, text and email support, and a helpful directory of local necessary services and resources.
